This is a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of all core building systems across a high-profile, multi-use commercial property. The Role As the Electrical Shift Leader, you ll lead a team of multi-skilled engineers to deliver all planned and reactive maintenance for the building s landlord systems including electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and building management systems (BMS). You ll act as the technical authority on shift, ensuring all critical infrastructure supporting landlord services operates seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer service.
