You will help reduce creditor payment times, resolve discrepancies and manage high-volume data efficiently. Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent communication skills are essential. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment and develop your finance career.What will you be doingManage the registration and processing of all invoices, checking the purchase order controls are followed and payments are made on time.Match invoices to authorised orders, investigate discrepancies, and work with internal departments and creditors to maintain excellent service.Perform weekly payment runs, validate invoice documentation and manage supplier accounts while mitigating any fraud risks.Support the Purchase Ledger team in improving KPIs, reconciling supplier statements, and maintaining accurate records, including CIS-related costs.Process payments, rent refunds and void property billings
