Job Title: Senior Project ManagerLocation: HertfordshireType: PermWith a turnover of over £200 million, one of UK’s leading Fit-out/Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Director to join their growing team. This Main Contractor is looking for a No.1 Senior Project Manager who can lead the team and deliver the project to the client''s requirements and expectations on a 2 Stage tender basis on projects ranging between £70-£150 million. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience within Fit out/ Cut and Carve Refurbishment on a fast track basis.Responsibilities

Pre constructionProgramming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and buildSite set up and strategy including logisticsPlanningRunning the job as a number 1Daily site management and Progress reporting weeklyCheck contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductionsCosting, BudgetingCheck and Approve Benchmarks from contractorsDetermine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finishClient liaisonReporting into the Contracts ManagerAftercareFinish with attention to budgetsQualifications

Ideal candidate must have previous experience running his own Projects within fast track fit out, Cut and Carve/RefurbishmentMust be ambitious, dynamic and client facingMust be able to travel to and from siteCSCSSMSTS/SSSTSFirst Aid Site certificationsHow to apply
