Warehouse Team Leader

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, is seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing team as part of an ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate, and support the daily activities of the warehouse team
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of picking and packing operations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to manage outbound logistics
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Warehouse Manager
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and operational productivity
• Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timelines and deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience within a warehouse environment
• Either prior supervisory experience or a strong desire to progress into a Team Leader role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must live within a commutable distance of Hatfield, Hertfordshire
