I am looking to speak with experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineers for a new contract position with a company based in the London region. Working on a rotating shift pattern of days and nights, you will be required to work alongside the existing team of maintenance engineers on both reactive and preventative tasks in supporting the facilities distribution activities. The client, a large intralogistics business, needs additional support for a likely period of 3 months. You will be working in partnership with the existing permanent engineering team to maintain a variety of distribution equipment including conveyors, tippers and pallet wrappers. Due to site regulations, you MUST hold a minimum of Level 3 NVQ in a relevant engineering discipline and you must have relevant multi-skilled experience of both electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair. Experience of PLC fault finding is also highly beneficial.
