The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing management with valuable financial reporting and analysis. Work details and salary Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 08:00 - 15:20 37.5 hours per week 45,000 - 50,000 per annum Option to work from home on Fridays after probation Manufacturing experience is essential Key Responsibilities Assist in daily accounting operations, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts. Ensure compliance with international financial standards while providing strong technical accounting support. Help with budgeting, forecasting, and conducting variance analysis. Enhance and develop financial controls, systems, and processes. Standardize and improve consolidated reporting procedures. Collaborate with external auditors and aid in the preparation of statutory financial statements. Prepare annual statutory accounts and necessary documentation for audits. Key Requirements Recognised Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent); part-qualified candidates may be considered.
