Preferred relevant work experience minimum 5 to 8 yearsMust have experience with Cisco Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)Must have experience with Cisco switching (Cisco enterprise switching and Nexus 7K/5K/2K platforms)Preferred working experience on products - ISR, ASR, Wireless controller, NXOSExperience supporting both wired and wireless network solutions, SDWAN, Meraki etc.Must have good knowledge of Ticket and Incident managementAnalyze and isolate issues.Follow escalation procedures and escalate as per the processParticipate in on-call support
