As a team, we collaborate globally to reach our ultimate goal—helping people.We’re searching for a UK-based Head of GRC Services to join our UK Services team, so that we can drive strategic initiatives and deliver excellence across our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) services. The Head of GRC Services will lead a high-performing team and oversee the successful delivery of customer engagements to ensure outstanding client experiences and strong operational performance.Leading the GRC team’s operations to ensure productivity, performance, and alignment with key financial and service metricsManaging project delivery and resource allocation in order to fulfill customer requirements and maintain delivery excellenceCollaborating with cross-functional leads to create high-quality, consistent customer experiencesCoaching and supporting direct reports to inspire high performance and develop future leaders within the Services teamDriving improvements and innovation to ensure continuous growth, team inclusion, and customer satisfactionExtensive experience in leading service delivery or project-based teams within GRC, risk management, or enterprise softwareProven success in managing multi-client implementation projects and delivering services on time and within budgetIn-depth knowledge on how to manage performance metrics, risk, and quality across complex service portfoliosAbility to commute to our UK offices at least 2 days a week (or as needed based on business requirements)Sincere interest in developing inclusive, innovative teams and shaping strategic service initiativesStrong and accomplished customer-facing skills and experience.Experience in leading a services or project organization, specializing in systems implementation for multiple concurrent clients.An understanding and previous experience in managing project profitability.By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
