They are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. They are looking for someone from an all round handyperson background. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress. This role is a permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 8am - 5pm however flexibility is offered (earlier start if desired). Overtime is available but not mandatory. Daily responsibilities will include:Planned and preventative maintenanceLooking after the fabric of the building including:Minor Joinery Minor plasteringPainting (touching up) PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etcCarrying out work safely and efficientlyBuilding relationships with client and contractors on site Requirements for the roleExperienced Fabric Engineer / Handyperson PPM experienceMulti SkilledReliable and can work as a teamOn offer is a salary from 32,000 - 35,000 + holidays.
