Key Responsibilities:Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including complex transactions and new build purchasesDeliver a high standard of client care, ensuring regular communication and a smooth transaction processSupervise and mentor junior team members where appropriateEnsure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal proceduresWork collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices to maintain the firm''s strong regional reputation

About You:Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience in residential conveyancingStrong expertise in handling new build purchasesConfident managing a varied caseload independentlyExcellent organisational and time-management skillsA proactive, flexible, and client-focused approachExperience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues is desirable
