An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Financial Director to join a busy manufacturing business based in Southampton.Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a key role responsible for driving financial performance, managing reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. Experience in a transformational finance role would be beneficial. Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential.
