Maintenance Plumber Liverpool Street, London £38,000 - £42,000 Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their team on a flagship site in Liverpool Street. This is a great role for a Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join one of the largest, privately owned building service providers in London, who are well known for progressing their engineers in their career, offering internal progression and valuable experience. This role will involve carrying out all relevant Commercial Plumbing duties, along with responsibility for water treatment tasks on a large commercial property that serves as a flagship site for our client. The position follows a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday, 8AM 5PM, on a static site. To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Plumbing and Heating (CandG / NVQ or equivalent), have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, possess a client-facing attitude, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Duties: PPM and reactive maintenance Plumbing duties taps, valves, toilets, pipes, and leaks Water treatment Legionella awareness, chemical dosing, TMVs, dead leg removal, flushing, cooling towers, and tap temperatures MVHR/FCU systems Heat Interface Unit (HIU) maintenance Underfloor heating maintenance Boiler maintenance General maintenance duties Requirements: City and Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years experience in building services maintenance w
