It is essential that you have experience, supporting pupils with additional needs.This role is to support the needs of students with SEN, who may display low-level challenging behaviours and can become disengaged from learning quite quickly. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping students with SEN succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
