You will be working in a small, close-knit development team on a flagship product that is currently experiencing excellent sales.Our client builds an industry-leading digital property management tool, allowing well-known brands to gain insight into the maintenance of their estate. Some describe them as an innovative start-up with sound financial backing and a licence to create!As a key member of the Software Team, youll help lead the development and delivery of the codebase across multiple applications. Youll be hands-on with the full stack and play a central role in shaping the technical solutions and engineering culture.ResponsibilitiesBuilding, testing and deploying clean, secure, high-quality codeContributing to architectural decisions and system designCollaborating with the team to define, scope and deliver new featuresImplementing and promoting CI/CD best practicesWriting thorough unit, integration, and acceptance testsMentoring junior developers and contributing to a positive team cultureExperience neededSeveral years of experience as a Full Stack Software EngineerStrong experience with TypeScript and building scalable applications (they use TypeScript, React, Nest.JS and Prisma).Solid grasp of relational and non-relational databases.Comfortable working with AWS (EC2 instances, Lambdas).Nice-to-havesExperience with CI/CD pipelinesExposure to DevOps or DevSecOps environmentsRemuneration PackagePermanent contractUp to £70,000 per annumFlexible working hours (core hours of 10 am - 4 pm)10% of time allocated to professional developmentCompany pensionTraining Udemy account availableIf interested, please send your CV in today.Seniority level
