• Experience working with students with Autism or other SEN in a school or care setting.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.

• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow individual learning plans (IEPs).

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new strategies.

• An up-to-date enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).

• Competitive daily rates of -100 - -120 depending on experience.

• Full-time, long-term positions with immediate start dates.
