Air Conditioning PPM Engineer – London – 40K

Location: Mobile – covering London and M25.
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE) - OTE- 60K - 65K
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is a rapidly growing FM provider offering a full range of services and have a new opportunity for an Commercial Air Conditioning PPM engineer to join their maintenance and reactive division.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Air Conditioning PPM Engineer to take on a mobile role covering a well-organised London patch. You’ll be carrying out planned maintenance on AC systems across retail, hospitality, and light commercial environments.
This role is suited for someone with 2 – 5 years’ experience looking to take on a PPM role with more training or an experienced engineer who is happy providing general PPM works.

Key Responsibilities

- Have good experience carrying out general PPM works on split systems, VRF systems.
- Have good knowledge and experience on working with a variety of Manufacturers equipment, namely Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Panasonic
- Fault-finding and diagnostics
- To be able to provide detailed remedial repair reports.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant health and safety and compliance standards
- Keep accurate records using PDA and company systems
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally on-site
- Participate in occasional night works which is paid at enhanced rates.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance.
- Valid F-Gas qualification – essential
- Relevant AC qualifications and manufacturer training – advantageous
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Full UK Driving Licence

Salary and Package

- £35,000 – £40,000 basic (depending on experience and skill level) - OTE- 60K - 65K
- Travel time paid on any travel over 1 hour each day at 1.5 O/T rate
