About the Role:As Deputy Manager, you''ll support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and clinical excellence. You''ll lead by example, mentor staff, and play a key role in delivering person-centred dementia care in a warm, homely environment.
