Offer post-sales technical support to customers on complicated technical issuesAct as a post-sale Solutions Architect and collaborate with the Account Managers teamBe in charge of a portfolio of local and EU-based customersAssess and address client queries and needs in a timely manner and assist with utilizing AWS services effectivelyCollaborate with the account management team to identify and capitalize on untapped opportunitiesAdvise customers on proper cloud environment usageBuild and maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure satisfactionAssist with DevOps and Cloud delivery tracking to ensure customer satisfaction across all teamsMonitor account metrics, including CSAT and financialsFrequent travels - locally (on-demand to meet with customers and partners and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter).Requirements
