Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee multimodal transportation activities including air, sea and road UK and International. Ensure efficient routing and scheduling of shipments to optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines. Liaise with carriers, vendors, and clients to coordinate shipments and resolve any operational issues. Manage documentation, customs clearance, and compliance requirements for international shipments. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Requirements:- Proven experience in multimodal operations within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
