Integrated Project Director role at The Industry Club. Award-winning independent creative agency in London is looking for an Integrated Delivery Lead on-site 5 days a week. The Head of Projects / Project Director will oversee the smooth and timely delivery of 360 projects within a busy creative agency environment, with responsibility for project workflow, resource planning, and production delivery. The role sits at the center of the agency’s operations and involves collaboration with senior leadership to prioritise work, allocate resources, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. The candidate will work with Account Management, Strategy, and Production to maintain clear communication and help evolve internal processes.The information below reflects the responsibilities, capabilities, and expectations for this role, including equal opportunity commitments and contact information for application.Key Responsibilities

Workflow ManagementForward plan to ensure seamless, on-time delivery of workOwn the agency’s internal process and ensure all required project meetings are scheduled and executedLead the weekly meeting; the agency’s key forum for reviewing current and upcoming workManage resourcing of creative and design teams across all active projectsForward PlanningProvide regular updates to Creative Leadership on project priorities and team capacityContinuously assess in-house capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending solutionsManage the booking and coordination of external creative and design resources as neededProduction OversightAct as Lead Producer for print-based projects, overseeing post-production, delivery, and cost estimationEnsure all production elements are delivered on time, on budget, and to specProvide accurate scoping and timelines in collaboration with relevant teamsKey Capabilities and Values
