Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Paddington office, 1 day bi-weekly)
Salary: -30,000 + Uncapped Commission
Start Date: October/November

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of clients across various sectors. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across various industries

• New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, selling a range of open programmes and tailored solutions

• Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, manage client accounts, and ensure exceptional service delivery

• Organise Client Training: Coordinate logistics for in-company training, including itineraries, travel arrangements, and virtual training sessions

• Communication: Build rapport with clients at all levels through Teams/Zoom, phone, and email

• Administration: Organise training programmes, format materials in Word, and process bookings and sales invoices

• Certifications: Support with ISO certification and IIP qualification

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic

• Attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Intermediate MS Word/Outlook; Basic Excel/PowerPoint skills

• Willingness to take on new challenges

• High level of professionalism in all tasks
