Proven leadership experience as MD / CEO / COO in a scaling or founder-led business? Full financial accountability, ideally in companies with £15m+ turnover? Strong understanding of people, culture, and values-driven leadership? Confident communicator with Board-level presence? A track record of building, leading, and retaining high-performing teams?
