Academics are working closely with several welcoming primary schools in Medway, and we''re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team this September. Whether supporting whole-class learning or providing focused 1:1 support, your contribution will be valued and impactful.

While a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is ideal, we also welcome experienced candidates with a passion for education and helping young learners succeed.

As a Teaching Assistant, your role will include:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Helping deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Offering one-to-one or small group SEN support
• Encouraging pupil independence and confidence
• Working alongside teachers to create a nurturing classroom environment

We''re looking for candidates who:

• Have previous classroom or school-based experience
• Are adaptable, confident, and enthusiastic
• Have a supportive and encouraging nature
• Are passionate about working with children, especially those with additional needs
• Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
