A leading Real Estate Investment fund is looking to add an Associate to the London based investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial Portfolio Management team.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain fund models to support investment decision-making processConduct financial analysis to support potential acquisitions and dispositionProvide market insights to the portfolio management team on key activities at properties and important decisions needed to drive performanceReview annual business plans for each asset and the overall portfolio and present them to capital partnersLiaise with internal stakeholders to manage performance objectives for each investment and assess potential exit strategiesAssist in determining optimal fund mix for overall portfolio and support the management of liquiditySupport the preparation of materials for presentation to internal committees, current and prospective clients and lendersExperience/Skills required:Prior real estate experience within asset management, investment banking, private equityFluency in French is essentialStrong academic profile; degree from a top tier universityHighly numerate with excellent financial modelling skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsCommercially and strategically mindedMason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
