Early Careers Recruiter A self-starter that is motivated to achieve results. 4+ years of prior experience in Campus / Early Careers recruiting is a must. Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale recruitment events such as assessment days and campus visits, including logistical planning and execution. Working knowledge with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferred Workday. Familiarity with managing candidate data and process flows within such systems is required. Good experience in handling large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data management processes. Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use pivot tables, and perform data analysis to articulate and analyze feedback. Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and resonate with colleagues. Meticulous attention to detail; robust organizational skills including strong scheduling and coordination competencies. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment calmly and courteously; willing to adapt to changing situations. High level of integrity, professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to work in global dynamic team.
