Business and Industry (BandI) sector .As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, identifying opportunities, and securing high-value contracts. This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute professional with a proven track record of driving growth within the BandI catering market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a sales strategy aligned with the company''s growth objectives.Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the BandI sector.Build and maintain strong networks with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.Lead bids and tenders, creating compelling proposals to win major contracts.Negotiate and secure commercially successful agreements.Work closely with operations and marketing to ensure seamless contract mobilisation.Represent the business at industry events and act as a brand ambassador.

Proven success as a

Business Development Director or Senior Sales Leader

within

contract catering or the Hospita lity sector.Demonstrable track record of winning and retaining high-value contracts.Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.Established network and reputation within contract cateringStrategic thinker, results-driven, and confident operating at board level.Based in the
