Domus Recruitment are working with a leading provider of high quality residential and community care services for older people in Kent and South East London. We are looking for an Interim Project Manager for a period of 4-5 months, 3 days per week to support the delivery of new developments and acquisitions. You will lead the development and implementation of robust project plans for new acquisitions/developments to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget and adhere to quality standards. Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:Lead and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.Establish and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact and communication updates on project status and changes.Establish and maintain processes for managing resources during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.Structure and manage integrated project performance tracking systems.Requirements:Professional certification such as PMP or PR
