Your primary responsibilities will include:Investigating and Resolving Complaints: Adhere to the Housing Ombudsman''s Complaint Handling Code to ensure a fair process for all complaints.Monitoring Feedback: Engage with customers through surveys and social media to gather insights and address concerns proactively.Identifying Improvement Opportunities: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to enhance service delivery by analysing recurring issues.Managing the Complaints Process: Oversee the entire life cycle of complain
