Client DetailsGrowing organisation with a friendly team.DescriptionAs the Interim Head of Finance / Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:Leading and developing a team of twoPreparing monthly management accounts along with clear, insightful commentaryMeeting all group reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissionsManaging the month-end close processProducing KPI dashboards to support business performance trackingThis is a hands-on role working closely with the Commercial Director and offers an excellent opportunity to keep the finance function running efficiently over the next 4-6 months.ProfileMy client is seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:Fully qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Background in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing, with strong stock accounting knowledgeProven experience managing small teamsThe ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and be able to hit the ground running.
