Hammersmith Council - Contract Manager

You will need to carry out the following duties:To ensure the effective contract management of the two estate services contracts for cleaning and grounds maintenanceHold regular monthly contract performance meetings and monitor against SLA agreements and KPI requirements.Line manager a team of contract monitoring officers overseeing the estates cleaning and grounds maintenance contractLead a team who are responsible for investigating and responding to enquiries and complaints, liaising with residents to address their concerns as well as checking and improving the flow of complaints from a customer perspective Ensure the team are carrying out on inspections and identifying and suggesting improvements Managing and analysing data to improve contract performance and generate informative management reportsWorking with stakeholders to resolve problems impacting on current and future service delivery e.g. regeneration projectsIf you are interested in this role please send your updated CV in the first instance.
