Spectrum IT are working with a well-established UK organisation currently undergoing a major digital transformation programme, and we''re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their internal IT team on a fixed term basis. This is an 18 month fixed term contract with hybrid working, based on attending the clients headquarters in Winchester 2-3 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business right at the heart of a large-scale technology change, where you''ll gain exposure to new systems, platforms, and ways of working. This is a varied, fast-paced support role where you''ll be providing 1st and 2nd line support to users across the organisation, both at head office and remotely. You''ll be resolving a wide range of technical issues, managing support tickets, and working closely with other IT teams and third-party suppliers to ensure a high level of service is delivered to the business. The company are looking for someone with a proactive, customer-focused mindset who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a busy environment. This would suit an experienced Service Desk or Support Engineer looking to broaden their technical exposure and be involved in projects alongside day-to-day support.
