The role of Supply Planner in the FMCG industry involves managing the raw materials and supply chain processes to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient operations. Based just outside of Oxford, this position requires a detail-oriented individual with a focus on accuracy and supply chain management.Client DetailsThis opportunity is with a well-established, medium-sized organisation in the FMCG industry. The company is committed to maintaining a high standard of operational excellence and delivering quality products to its customers.DescriptionTo ensure the weekly system process (Monday process) gets updated correctly and in timely manner each MondayTo ensure the routine tasks are completed (Stock report, Subcontracting process, Bulk Report)To ensure month end process is covered (bottling pricing discrepancies) when required from FinanceTo follow up and query with EDI providers or IT consultants in case of any interface or ordering issuesTo review stock balance and daily check bottler interface system and chase through stock releases.Overlay and analyse forecast demand to stock requirements to meet defined stock holding targets for UK Bottled StockProvide cover for Supply Planning ManagerFulfil role within the weekly planning forumEnsure PO numbers for bulk wine are raised in a timely fashion and processed through SAPCoordinate priority tank movement with Logistics team to meet demandsTake the lead at weekly Bottler Telecons and attend quarterly performance meetings with GB
