Key Responsibilities:Deliver targeted support to pupils with ASD, ADHD, and communication challengesAssist with classroom activities, ensuring pupils remain engaged and focusedSupport non-verbal and pre-verbal learners using appropriate communication methodsCollaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to implement tailored strategiesMonitor and record pupil progress and report observations as requiredHelp promote social skills, independence, and positive behaviorRequirements:Significant experience working in schools as an SEN Learning Support AssistantProven expertise supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, and communication difficultiesExperience working with non-verbal and pre-verbal childrenStrong understanding of SEN strategies and individualised education plans (IEPs)Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skillsRelevant qualifications in SEN or education support (preferred but not essential)
