Trainee Recruitment Consultant

XCL are offering NEW Trainee Recruitment positions in their well established Huddersfield office. As a Trainee Recruitment consultant, you will be trained in all aspects of recruitment either on Temporary desk or permanent desk. A Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for: Generating new sales and leads. Following up all potential sales leads. Liaising with new and existing clients. Interviewing and registering new candidates. Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies. Building strong candidate relationships. Conducting reference calls. Updating our CRM system on a regular basis. Compliance and industry knowledge. We will take you through the stages of developing into a successful Consultant with the opportunity of progressing in your career. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: A genuine desire to learn the skills required in the role. Excellent work ethic with an enthusiastic attitude. A flair in sales. Have good telephone skills. IT literate and the ability to pick up and learn new information. Some work experience within a customer service environment. The sucessfull candidate must have a driving licence as this role when trained will involve company visits.
