DescriptionThe Escapade Chef de Partie will have a pivotal role in food preparation, presentation and ensuring the quality of dishes in the restaurant.The Chef de Partie is expected to work under the supervision of the Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef and Sous Chef and lead our junior chefs within the kitchen.Key RelationshipsEscapade Silverstone GuestsEscapade Silverstone Management and StaffKey ResponsibilitiesTo create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience.Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the recipes and standards set by Escapade. Ensure the ingredients used are fresh, measured correctly and handled in accordance with food safety regulations.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentation throughout the entire menu. Perform regular taste tests and inspections to verify the dishes meet established quality criteria. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and test new dishes. Suggest improvements or modifications to existing dishes.Stock and Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory for your section, Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory for your section.Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head Chef and the Sous Chef to create and modify menu items.
