With a focus on teamwork and personal development, we’re committed to helping you grow your skills and career in a supportive, inclusive environment.As an RIBA qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist, you’ll work on projects through all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, top-tier contractors, and our in-house teams. Due to the nature of the projects it is advantageous if candidates can demonstrate 4 year’s experience or more on UK medium / large-scale projects, with experience in educational / residential sector schemes preferable. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants'' information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping creative and functional design solutionsProducing high-quality technical drawings and specificationsQualificationsA fully qualified architect (ARB registered or equivalent) or graduate qualified Architectural TechnologistStrong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5Track record on experience on UK projectsEligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work inRequired SkillsExcellent communication and teamworking abilitiesA collaborative approach and a passion for creating great placesExperience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemesPreferred SkillsExcellent communication and teamworking abilitiesA collaborative approach and a passion for creating great placesExperience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemesPay range and compensation packageWe offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, reviewed annually.
