You''ll be supporting two sites for this heavily matrix organisation - your home office will be based in High Wycombe with regular travel to Leicestershire. You will be the only member of the HR team supporting these sites, so ability to work in an autonomous fashion is necessary! The HR Business Partner will:

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance own workload.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver practical HR solutions.
• Experience with HR systems and data analysis.
• CIPD Level 5
