Role Purpose You will oversee the company''s financial management activities, including financial controllership, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. Your expertise will ensure robust financial processes, accurate reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting and ComplianceMaintain accurate financial records in line with regulatory standards.Prepare and finalise financial statements (PandL, balance sheet, cash flow).Develop and enforce accounting policies, internal controls, and processes.Manage tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, statutory filings).Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.Planning and BudgetingSupport business planning and annual budgeting.Prepare detailed budgets and monitor performance.Management ReportingDesign and implement financial reporting frameworks.Deliver monthly management reports for leadership teams.Cost An
