Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including:Contractual disputesNegligence claimsDebt recovery actionsCommercial disputesBuilding disputesMisrepresentation casesInheritance Act claimsContested probate mattersProviding clear, practical advice to clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and to the highest professional standard.The Candidate

1–3 years PQE

with experience in civil litigation.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
