Salary: 55,000 base + 10k bonus Service: Children Service Speciality: Autism ABOUT THE ROLE In the role of Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and management of our Ofsted regulated residential provisions. It is a 2x2 bungalow next to each other and 4 bed facility. You will ensure that the service meet the standards and expectations and are fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements. It is the responsibility of the Registered Manager to safeguard and promote the welfare of all the young people we support and achieve the best outcomes for them. You will work in the home and lead by example to maintain a competent, motivated and confident staff team offering guidance and support to staff at all levels.
