Duties Overseeing all Landlord and Tenant enquiries relating to the maintenance works. Retaining Landlords Organising Gas certificate s Go through maintenance issues daily and prioritise. Managing the maintenance team along with several independent Contractors. Preparing, issuing and managing the Tender process for contracted works. Recording all activity and scheduled works onto the in-house system. Landlord and Tenant liaison, ensuring high levels of customer service.
