ClientI am working with a household name listed as a FTSE 100 Company with a global footprint. This is a unique opportunity to work for a recognized brand on top privacy matters across the wider business.They are looking to add a dynamic lawyer to their Privacy team within the Legal function. You will support the wider Group on important privacy projects.You can expect close collaboration with the business, a diverse and high-profile workload, and a curious mindset. Building relationships, prioritizing workloads to focus on key privacy risks, and providing practical, risk-based advice are essential.This is a senior privacy role for experienced candidates reporting to the Head of Privacy.Responsibilities:

Providing privacy advice to various stakeholders and business functions (including people, technology, marketing, security, customer, and operations teams);Offering expertise on PIAs, supporting complex data requests, overseeing high-risk personal data incidents, and leading challenging regulatory complaints and investigations;Driving strategic direction and executing high-profile data privacy projects aligned with customer strategy and transformation programs;Developing less experienced team members and providing guidance;Supporting the Head of Privacy in governance and reporting forums, including risk, privacy, and audit committees.What you need:

5-10 PQE, ideally qualified in EandW, with in-house or top city law firm experience;Strong understanding and application of data privacy laws.
