Job Title: Ventilation Compliance Supervisor Location: Southend-On-Sea Salary: 27,000 - 35,500 Job Type: Permanent Role Overview: We are looking for a diligent Compliance Supervisor to ensure that all Ventilation Hygiene Cleaning Contracts are executed to the highest standards and meet customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage General Ventilation Cleaning, Fire Damper Testing, and Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning. Communicate with customers or their representatives to agree on tasks and priorities. Ensure 100% attendance for all assignments, avoiding aborted calls unless beyond control. Conduct and adhere to risk assessments, ensuring no RIDDOR incidents and avoiding vehicle accidents. Coordinate the workload of the compliance team, setting job priorities and managing manpower. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations on-site and at the depot. Maintain the serviceability of all equipment, reporting any deficiencies or damages. Supervise Compliance Operatives, ensuring work meets required standards. Professionally represent the company on-site. Assist in the on-the-job training of new operatives and temporary staff.
