Children''s Occupational TherapistLocation: Berkshire area 36 per hour Full-TimeA Children''s Services team in the Berkshire area is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its Children''s Occupational Therapy service on a full-time basis.This role is predominantly face-to-face, involving on-site assessments across community and education settings in line with service requirements.About the RoleYou will complete in-person occupational therapy assessments for children and young people with a range of needs, supporting development, independence, and participation in everyday activities. The role involves close partnership working with families, schools, and multi-disciplinary professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake face-to-face occupational therapy assessments for children and young peopleProvide intervention plans, equipment, and recommendations as requiredWork directly with families, schools, and partner professionalsManage a varied caseload, including complex casesMaintain accurate and timely case recordsContribute to service development and best practiceEssential RequirementsHCPC registered Occupational TherapistDiploma or Degree in Occupational TherapyExperience working with children or within Children''s ServicesKnowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding proceduresCar driver with access to a vehicleAbility to work on-site and undertake face-to-face assessmentsWorking ArrangementsFull-time hoursOn-site / community-based roleAdditional Information
