This role is ideal for a passionate chef looking to showcase their culinary skills in a dynamic environment.Day-to-day of the role:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with the ability to work across different sections of the kitchen.Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver excellent service and consistent culinary delights.Adapt to the varying demands of different hospitality venues, including menu planning and execution for events.Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines.Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Passionate about food with a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.Benefits:
