Your Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5
Inspiring students to develop a passion for science through practical experiments, interactive learning, and real-world applications
Promoting scientific thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity in students of all abilities
Supporting students in their academic and personal development through tailored lesson plans and feedback
Collaborating with the Science department to maintain high teaching standards and share best practices
Participating in school-wide activities and enrichment initiatives
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
Who We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
A degree in Science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field)
Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
A passion for science education and the ability to inspire students of all abilities
Strong classroom management skills and excellent communication
