Warehouse Shift Manager We are a 3rd party logistics company supplying retail products to the high street and internet customers on behalf of numerous clients. We work with many well-known brands and major High Street stores on a daily basis, to fulfil their order requirements. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for every client. We are seeking an experienced and driven Shift Manager to oversee daily operations within our busy distribution warehouse. Working within the management team, the role is critical in ensuring productivity targets, safety standards and service levels are consistently achieved. Shift Manager Roles and responsibilities: Liaise with Supervisors / Team Leaders to plan day to day running of the operation, ensuring orders are completed on time and in full. Priority setting with the teams on in/outbound tasking across multiple clients. Ensuring all orders are processed on time and to customers standards. Liaising with external clients daily via phone and email. Managing inventory / stock queries. Ensure all relevant paperwork is processed and stored correctly for filing. Managing staffing levels on a daily / weekly basis and People management Maintaining and enforcing strict security protocols and role modelling Health and Safety best practise across the site.
