This role is a hands-on opportunity to lead ER casework, guide managers, and strengthen day-to-day people practices. You''ll partner closely with leadership while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training needs. They value proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and a collaborative approach across their teams.DescriptionAct as the first point of contact for all employee relations queriesLead on complex and sensitive ER casework from start to resolutionCoach and guide managers on policy, process, and best practiceSupport recruitment activity, including vetting and onboardingContribute to designing and delivering training sessionsMaintain accurate documentation and case recordsWork closely with the People Manager to identify people-related risksSupport continuous improvement across HR processesAssist with policy updates and compliance requirementsProvide day-to-day generalist HR advice to employees and managersProfileA successful HR Advisor should have:Strong experience managing complex ER cases end-to-endConfident advising managers and influencing decision-makingSolid understanding of employment law and HR best practiceAble to remain calm and objective in sensitive situationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsOrganised, detail-focused, and comfor
