Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliverandnbsp;high-quality lessonsandnbsp;that meet the needs of all learners inandnbsp;Year 5.
• Create aandnbsp;positive and stimulating classroom environmentandnbsp;that encourages curiosity and a love of learning.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providingandnbsp;targeted supportandnbsp;where needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure theandnbsp;holistic developmentandnbsp;of each child.
• Uphold the schoolandrsquo;s values and contribute to itsandnbsp;inclusive and nurturing ethos.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching inandnbsp;Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5 (desirable but not essential)
• Strong understanding of theandnbsp;national curriculumandnbsp;and effectiveandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;strategies
• Passionate aboutandnbsp;raising attainmentandnbsp;and supporting children to reach their full potential
• Excellent communication andandnbsp;teamwork skills
• Holds a validandnbsp;DBS certificateandnbsp;registered on theandnbsp;Update Service, or willing to apply for one
• Committed toandnbsp;professional developmentandnbsp;and continuous improvement
