WSP in the UK and Ireland .What you’ll doDeliver multi-discipline monitoring and evaluation projects, including assessing evaluability, scoping and designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and evaluating local and national transport policies.Provide expert monitoring and evaluation advice to help clients deliver objectives and optimise benefits.Collaborate with specialists across WSP to bring in the skills needed to meet project needs.Contribute to the growth of the Monitoring and Evaluation capability team to support delivery against its ambitions.What we will be looking for you to demonstrateProven technical capability in the design and execution of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for policies, programmes, or projects, including the design of impact and process evaluations.Understanding and experience applying different evaluation methods, including quasi-experimental and theory-based approaches.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with experience delivering robust mixed-method analyses.Experience applying government guidance on monitoring and evaluation (e.g., HM Treasury Magenta/Green Books, or DfT Transport Appraisal Guidance).Ability to foster successful collaborations and communicate technical evaluation insights to diverse audiences to gain engagement and buy-in.A passion for evidence-informed decision-making and robust evidence.Proven track record of working collaboratively with government, research, and commercial partners.About the roleWSP’s Intelligent Infrastructure discipline works with clients across transport and related sectors.
